کاظم دلخوش در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار تسنیم در رشت اظهار داشت: بیش از ۱۶۰ اسکله غیرمجاز به علت احراز دخالت مستقیم آنان در فعالیت‌های غیرقانونی و شراکت در امر قاچاق کالا به داخل کشور توسط مراکز ذی‌صلاح جمع‌آوری شدند.
عضو کمیسیون اقتصادی مجلس پیاده‌سازی رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری در مورد حمایت از کالای داخلی را ضروری خواند و ابراز داشت: همه دستگاه‌های ذیربط باید زمینه لازم جهت تحقف شعار راهبردی مقام معظم رهبری مبنی بر حمایت از کالای ایرانی را فراهم کنند.
دلخوش تعریف حمایت از کالای ایرانی را صرفاً خرید آن محصول ندانست و افزود: برای تقویت تولیدات و توسعه صنعت ملی کشور حمایت از صادرکنندگان کالاها باید در دستور کار قرار گیرد تا به این وسیله زمینه لازم برای رقابت محصولات داخلی با نمونه‌های خارجی مهیا شود.
نماینده مردم صومعه‌سرا در مجلس رقابت کالاهای ایرانی با نمونه خارجی آن را ضامن ارتقای کیفیت محصولات اعلام کرد و بیان داشت: اگر شرایط مورد نیاز برای صادرات کالاهای داخلی به بازارهای خارجی فراهم شود زنجیره تولید کالاهای بی‌کیفیت در کشور کاملاً متوقف خواهد شد.
وی اصلاح قانون بانکی کشور برای تحقق شعار امسال را بسیار ضروری دانست و عنوان کرد: بر این اساس مجلس طرحی را تحت عنوان" بانکداری جمهوری اسلامی" در دستور کار دارد تا با تصویب آن یکی از موانع جدی تولیدکنندگان وطنی و سرمایه‌گذاران حل و فصل شود.
عضو کمیسیون اقتصادی مجلس مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز را یکی دیگر از این اقدامات ضروری اعلام کرد و گفت: یکی از مهم‌ترین گله‌های مجلس به دولت عدم انسداد کامل مرزها است به طوری‌که هم‌اکنون عملیات انسداد تنها در ۲۰ درصد مرزهای کشور انجام شده است.
دلخوش مجموعه مدیریتی گمرک کشور را مورد انتقاد قرار داد و تصریح کرد: به اعتقاد بنده در حوزه‌های حساسی نظیر گمرک باید از مدیران بسیار توانمند و کارآمد استفاده شود اما در حال حاضر سیستم گمرک کشور از وجود مدیریت کاردان و متخصص به نوعی محروم مانده است.
نماینده مردم صومعه‌سرا در مجلس به اصلاح قانون مالیات بر ارزش افزوده در مجلس نیز اشاره کرد و افزود: با توجه به اینکه نقص‌های قوانین مالیاتی مشکلات بسیاری را برای تولیدکنندگان و سرمایه‌گذاران پدید آورده مجلس برای رفع آن دست به اقدامات اصلاحی گسترده‌ای زد‌ه است.
وی از دعوت دانشگاهیان، بازاریان و اساتید برجسته حوزه اقتصاد در جلسات کمیسیون اقتصادی خبر داد و بیان داشت: مجلس برای حل ریشه‌ای این نواقص و جهت تدوین قوانینی کارآمدتر در حوزه مالیات از تمامی نظرات و پیشنهادهای صنف‌های مختلف و درگیر در این موضوع استفاده می‌کند.
