به گزارش گروه اقتصادی باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان، به نقل از صداوسیما، غلامحسین دغاغله مدیرکل حمل و نقل کالای راهداری با بیان اینکه مطالبات صنفی رانندگان برای افزایش کرایه ها مطالبه ای به حق است گفت: با توجه به تأملی که باتشکل های صنفی و رانندگان داریم در زمینه کرایه توانسته ایم اقداماتی هرچند کم انجام دهیم تا بخشی از خواسته های رانندگان تحقق یابد.
وی افزود: موردی هم در دو سه روز گذشته اتفاق افتاده بود که بحث حذف سهم دولت در بیمه تامین اجتماعی رانندگان مطرح شده بود که با پیگیری های انجام شده بحث بیمه نیز روز سه شنبه حل شد و همچنان روال قبلی طی خواهد شد و دولت سهم خود را از حق بیمه رانندگان پرداخت خواهد کرد.
دغاغله با بیان اینکه یکی دیگر از درخواست های رانندگان دریافت حق العمل و کمیسیون های اضافه از سوی باربری ها و مراکز عمده بار است، گفت: برای این مسئله نیز دو راهکار اندیشیدیم اول اینکه اگر تخلفی در این زمینه صورت گرفته باشد گزارش انجمن صنفی رانندگان ملاک عمل قرار خواهد گرفت و دوم اینکه کمیسیون های رسیدگی را به استانهای کشور منتقل کرده ایم تا این گونه شکایات در خود استان و خارج از نوبت رسیدگی شود.
مدیرکل دفتر حمل و نقل کالای سازمان راهداری کل کشور با بیان اینکه یکی دیگر از مطالبات رانندگان نظارت بر فعالیت شرکت های حمل و نقل به منظور کم شدن معطلی در پایانه ها و مراکز عمده بار بود گفت: این مطالبه نیز مطالبه به حقی است و به همین منظور سازمان راهداری سمت و سوی حمل و نقل جاده ای را به سوی فناوری های جدید برده است.
دغاغله با بیان اینکه در دو سال گذشته در دو بندر شهید رجایی و بندر امام خمینی (ره) سامانه نوبت مجازی راه اندازی شده است افزود: این سامانه ها بخشی از ترددهای اضافی و معطلی در مراکز بار را حل کرده است.
وی به رانندگان وعده داد تا یک ماه آینده با راه اندازی سامانه ارتباطی بین سازمان بنادر و گمرک کشور گام مهمی در کاهش مدت خواب، قانونمند کردن و اجرای عدالت در تخصیص بار برداشته شود.
دغاغله در خصوص نوسازی ناوگان حمل و نقل جاده ای هم گفت: با توجه به مشکلاتی که در این زمینه برای رانندگان بوجود آمده بود تصمیم گرفتیم اسقاط خودروهای فرسوده را به آخرین مرحله قبل از دریافت خودروی نو موکول کنیم که با این تمهید اندیشیده شده رانندگان می توانند تا قبل از گرفتن خودروی جدید با خودروی قبلی خود فعالیت کنند.
