ترخیص کالا از گمرکات خرمشهر بندرعباس و بوشهر ترخیص کار گمرک خرمشهر بندرعباس و بوشهر
به گزارش خبرنگار خبرگزاری فارس در دوشنبه، پس از مذاکرات بین ایران و کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا توافقنامه‌ای در خصوص کاهش عوارض گمرکی متقابل به مدت ۳ سال به امضا رسید.
این توافقنامه در همایش اقتصادی که در قزاقستان با حضور کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا و جمهوری اسلامی ایران برگزار شد، به امضا رسید.
ایران بازاری امیدبخش برای افزایش صادرات محصولات قزاق می‌باشد و امضای این توافقنامه با تهران شرایط دسترسی تجار کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا به ویژه قزاقستان به بازار این کشور را تسهیل می‌کند.
مبادله تجاری قزاقستان و ایران در ۳ ماه نخست سال جاری میلادی رو به صعود بوده و در مقایسه مدت مشابه سال گذشته ۷۰ درصد افزایش و به ۱۷۰ میلیون دلار رسید.
توافقنامه مذکور همچنین امکان صادرات کالاهای صادراتی قزاقستان مانند گوشت گاو و گوسفند، نخود، عدس، نخود فرهنگی، جو، ذرت، روغن نباتی، ماکارونی، شیرینی، فولاد، ریل، باتری و لوله را با شرایط مطلوب‌تری فراهم می‌کند.
به این ترتیب، ایران به کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا برای ۲۴۶ کالا تعرفه تعیین کرده از جمله برای ۷۴ نوع محصول کشاورزی و ۱۷۲ کالای صنعتی، این اتحادیه به نوبه خود برای ۱۷۵ نوع کالا از جمله ۵۳ محصول کشاورزی و ۱۲۲ کالای صنعتی تسهیلات گمرکی ارائه کرده است.
در چارچوب این موافقت‌نامه ایران عوارض صادرات ۱۰۲ کالای اصلی صادراتی قزاقستان از جمله ۴۷ نوع محصول کشاورزی و ۵۵ کالای صنعتی را کاهش می‌دهد.
عوارض صادرات گوشت گاو از ۲۶ تا ۱۰ درصد، گوشت گوسفند تا ۵ درصد، برنج از ۱۵ تا ۲۶ درصد، شیرینی از ۲۰ تا ۵۵ درصد و باتری از ۱۰ تا ۵۵ درصد کاهش یافته است.
اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا در نوبه خود عوارض گمرکی برای کالاهای غیر حساس ایرانی برای کشورهای این اتحادیه از جمله پسته، خرما، انجیر، کشمش، میگو، خربزه، پرتقال، لیمو، شیرینی، رنگ ساختمانی، ظروف، مواد شوینده، فرش و محصولات پلاستیکی را تا ۱۰ درصد کاهش می‌دهد.
در مورد محصولات صادراتی اصلی ایران از جمله سیب، گوجه فرهنگی و خیار اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا فقط امتیازات فصلی را به تهران ارائه می‌کند.
