به گزارش گروه بین الملل خبرگزاری تسنیم، "دویچه وله" آلمان در مطلبی نوشت: در مناقشات تجاری با آمریکا اتحادیه اروپا خود را برای اقدامات متقابل آماده می کند. اروپاییان در سازمان تجارت جهانی لیستی از محصولات آمریکایی را ارائه داده اند که قرار است تعرفه های گمرکی بالا برای آن در نظر گرفته شود.
این گام واکنشی به تعرفه های وارداتی تصویب شده از طرف ایالات متحده روی محصولات فولاد و آلومینیوم است که اتحادیه اروپا به صورت موقت از آن ها معاف شده است. این قواعد استثنائی برای اتحادیه اروپا تا اوایل ماه ژوئن ادامه دارد و اگر آمریکا بار دیگر این معافیت ها را تمدید نکند اتحادیه اروپا هم اقدامات متقابل را در پیش خواهد گرفت.
در لیستی که اروپا به سازمان تجارت جهانی ارائه داده است ده ها مورد از محصولات ایالات متحده قرار دارند که عبارتند از محصولاتی مانند آب پرتقال، ویسکی، برنج، ذرت، تنابکو، کره بادام زمینی، و موتورسیکلت و همچنین برخی محصولات فولادی. روی این محصولات باید تعرفه های گمرکی بالا قرار داده شود.
اتحادیه اروپا آسیب هایی را که از طریق تعرفه های گمرکی بالای آمریکا روی محصولات فولاد و آلومینیوم وارد می شود را بسیار بالا ارزیابی می کند.
دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهور آمریکا اخیرا اعلام کرده است که شرکت های اروپایی به طور دائم از پرداخت تعرفه های گمرکی بالا روی محصولات فولاد و آلومینیوم معاف نخواهند بود. معافیت شرکت های اروپایی از این تعرفه ها که در اول ماه می منقضی شده بود یک بار دیگر تا اوایل ماه ژوئن تمدید شد. اتحادیه اروپا می خواهد به صورت دائمی از این تعرفه های گمرکی معاف شود. البته اتحادیه اروپا نمی خواهد اجازه دهد که آمریکا در این مناقشات از بروکسل اخاذی کند و اعلام کرده تازه زمانی که مناقشات درباره تعرفه های گمرکی برطرف شود مذاکرات درباره موضوعات دیگر می تواند آغاز شود.
همچنین کشور هند نیز یک لیست محصولات آمریکایی را برای در پیش گرفتن اقدامات متقابل به سازمان تجارت جهانی ارائه داده است. هند بر اساس اطلاعات خود انتظار یک خسارت حدود ۱۶۵ میلیون یورویی را از این مجازات ها دارد.
به نوشته "دویچه وله" آلمان برخی کشورهای دیگر هم اعلام کرده اند که می خواهند با اقدامات متقابل به تعرفه های گمرکی بالای آمریکا واکنش نشان دهند.
